MHR.lt data portability and infrastructure information
This page provides the information referenced by the MHR.lt Terms of Service concerning Customer Data portability, service switching and MHR's principal data-processing infrastructure. The exact export depends on the modules used by the Customer and the data stored in the system.
Exportable data categories
- company, user, warehouse and location data;
- products, SKUs, barcodes, groups and related master data;
- inventory balances and stock movement history;
- inbound, outbound, transfers and stock counts;
- customer and supplier data;
- orders and, where the invoicing module is used, invoice data;
- Customer-uploaded files and other Customer-created operational data, where technically feasible.
Standard formats
Structured tabular data is generally provided in CSV and/or XLSX format. JSON may be used where a JSON export or API exists for the relevant data category. Original Customer-uploaded files, where returnable, are provided in their existing format.
Excluded MHR internal data
Exports do not include MHR source code, algorithms, security keys or secrets, internal infrastructure configuration, other customers' data, MHR internal operational data or irreversibly anonymised aggregated data.
ICT infrastructure jurisdiction
MHR.lt's principal production server infrastructure is provided from the UAB “Esnet” (VPSnet) data centre in Vilnius, Lithuania. Separate encrypted remote backups are stored on Hetzner Online GmbH infrastructure in Helsinki, Finland. The principal and backup infrastructure is therefore subject to the European Union / EEA legal framework. MHR may use other providers identified in the DPA for separate supporting functions such as email delivery or optional document analysis.
Safeguards concerning international governmental access and transfers
MHR applies organisational, technical and contractual safeguards intended to protect Customer Data against unlawful access or transfer. These include need-to-access restrictions, authentication, encryption in transit, encrypted remote backups, audit and security logging, incident management, contractual obligations for subprocessors and, where applicable, GDPR Chapter V transfer mechanisms. When MHR receives a binding governmental request, it assesses the legal basis, discloses only the data legally required and, where legally permitted, informs the Customer. MHR does not voluntarily enter arrangements intended to bypass applicable European Union or Lithuanian data-protection requirements.
Requests
An authorised Customer representative may request data export or switching assistance through MHR.lt support or by email at info@mhr.lt. MHR may verify the requester's identity and authority before releasing data.
